Powering Bolton’s bike revolution
Shuttle is a new Bolton based bike hire scheme that is designed for the local community. A time efficient, cost-effective and environmentally-friendly way of getting around town whilst improving health and fitness.
The name Shuttle pays tribute to Bolton’s textile heritage as well as reflecting the speed and nimbleness of cycling. The bike empowers locals by enabling riders to conquer their commute and represent a town they are proud to be part of.

The busy, fast paced lifestyle of city workers makes it difficult for them to find time to relax and take in their surroundings. A National Trust membership enables people to get away from their hectic routines and get closer to nature, exploring the many stories to be told at the locations.
There is a great deal more than members might expect; more than a walk on the beach, more than a walk in the hills in the hills, more than a walk in the gardens.

Cutting out waste paper
Environmental concerns, sustainability and recycling are pressing issues that effect us all and the design industry is no different. The Discarded project aims to motivate and harness the UK’s creative industries in an effort to highlight these issues.
Discarded is a project working in collaboration with G.F. Smith to challenge design studios, designers, illustrators and industry creatives to create original artworks from their paper sample off cuts, old print proofs and general office waste paper.
