Manual is a personal project which explores the theme of toxic masculinity; looking at the stereotypical roles and aspirations of men. The intention was to share the document out amongst men and women in the hope that they would add their personal thoughts and feelings into the ‘notes & amendments’ section and help to collectively create a new more positive ‘manual’ for the modern man.
