Video Editing Assistant
Communicate SLT is a Community Interest Company based in the North West of England providing high quality innovative Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) services. Formed in 2011, we are committed to enabling effective speech, language and communication for learning and living.
The Digital First ERDF project team have provided a CPD system for Communicate SLT which will be used for internal training. This system will host many courses and modules. Digital First have filmed the content for a number of modules and have edited the first four. There are a further 81 videos to complete. The Adobe Creative Cloud suite has been used to ingest, edit and encode the existing clips, therefore presets have already been created as part of the existing workflow.
The work on the clips involves trimming them to the specified time, selecting the correct camera from a multitrack timeline, motion tracking a blur onto logos etc. You will work closely with the Digital First team who will provide any assistance required. A desk with a modern computer and the Adobe CC suite has been made available in Digital First’s office. All editing will need to be done in the office as the footage is of young children and is therefore sensitive material.
